By day, The Home Crowd finds itself as a seasoned vet of the Southern California housing industry and sees the industry from the inside on a daily basis, getting an all-encompassing take on the building process. There are many topics as you can imagine which come from building homes as developers, architects, interior designers, specialized consultants, and even those looking to build/remodel their own homes may find useful, if not money-saving. I don’t know anyone in this industry that claims to know all, regardless of age or experience. They always find useful knowledge in consulting various code books, consultants, vendors, local building departments, specialized consultants, and every now and then, their lawyers. Anyone who doesn’t is foolish, and very possibly reckless.
